Dr.Poti Chao of Chiamg Mai University gives special lecture on SME5.0 to 10 SMEs in Thailand during a Quadruple-Helix seminar between University, SME, government agencies and social enterprise at Science an Technology Park Chaing Mai University (STeP CMU).
The lecture includes fruitful discusion on challenges and limitations on Thai SMEs.
