Company Visit - Swees Plant Based Foods Co., Ltd.

On September 18, I visited the company Swees Plant Based Foods Co., Ltd. located in Chiang Mai. Renowned as Thailand's leading producer of plant-based, vegan cheese, the company has been crafting its creations from organic soy since 2018.

During an insightful tour, I was guided through diverse areas encompassing storage, production, R&D, and shipping. Following the tour, I engaged in a fruitful conversation with the owner, elucidating to him the objectives and methodology of the funded SME 5.0 project. Should the need arise, the owner expressed eagerness to serve as a research collaborator, particularly for activities such as interviews.
